Paul Raymond Fry is a pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball. In 2018, he made his MLB debut.

Fry attended St. Clair County Community College in Waterford, Michigan, after graduating from Waterford Kettering High School. When he was a sophomore, he had a 1.80 ERA, 97 strikeouts in 55 innings, and a 6-1 record.

Fry was selected in the 17th round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft by the Seattle Mariners following the season.

He signed with the Arizona League Mariners in 2013 and tossed 34 innings for them, posting a 2-3 record with a 4.50 ERA.

He had a 4-4 record and 2.71 ERA in 28 bullpen appearances with the Single-A Clinton LumberKings in 2014.

Fry pitched 80 innings for the High-A Bakersfield Blaze and the Double-A Jackson Generals in 2015, going 4-5 with a 2.03 ERA and 1.15 WHIP. He joined the Arizona Fall League following the 2015 season.

In 2016, the Mariners welcomed Fry to their Spring Training. In 48 games with Triple-A Tacoma Rainers, he went 3-1 with a 2.78 ERA (47 relief appearances).

Following the season, Fry was added to the Mariners’ 40-man roster. To begin the 2017 season, Fry was sent to Tacoma and made one appearance, allowing four runs in two innings.

Following the promotion of Mike Freeman, Seattle designated Fry for assignment on April 11, 2017.
