Trevor Joseph May, simply called Trevor May is a professional baseball player from America who plays as a pitcher for the New York Mets baseball team. Trevor was born and raised in Washington in the USA where he attended high school at Kelso High School in Kelso.



Trevor completed high school in 2008 and was the class valedictorian. After school, he had wanted to attend the University of Washington to play college baseball but he was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 4th round of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft.

He signed with the Phillies and began his professional career. Whiles with the Phillies, Baseball America named him as Phillie’s best prospect. He also won the Paul Owens Award, which happens to be an award given to Phillie’s best minor league pitcher.

In December 2012, the Phillies traded him to the Minnesota Twins. Trevor was promoted to the major leagues in 2014 by the Twins and he made his MLB debut on August 9, 2014, the Twins. He played for the Twins till December 2020 when he signed a two-year contract worth $15.5 million with the New York Mets.
