Heliot Ramos happens to be a professional baseball player who comes from Puerto Rico. His brothers are Héctor Ramos, a professional soccer player in the Puerto Rican national team and Henry Ramos, who is also a professional baseball player.

Heliot was born on September 7, 1999, in Maunabo, a town in Puerto Rico. He plays for the San Francisco Giants baseball team as an outfielder.

He had his non-professional career in high school. He was at Leadership Christian Academy in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. Aside from playing for his school team, he also played for the Las Lomas Potros travel ball club based in Puerto Rico.

When he completed high school, he went ahead to attend Florida International University where he continued to play baseball. Heliot was tagged as the Most Valuable Player Under Armour All-America Baseball Game in 2016.

In 2017, the San Francisco Giants selected him in the first round of the 19th overall selection in the 2017 MLB draft. He signed with the Giants and began his professional career playing for the Arizona League Giants of the Rookie-level Arizona League.

In June 2021, the Giants added him to the players who played in the All-Star Futures Game. In July of that same year, he was promoted to the Sacramento River Cats.
