A week after the team resumed the regular season, he was sent down to the minors without having made his major league debut and didn’t make it to the big leagues at all that year due to his struggles.

A rookie in the American Association of Baseball, he had mixed results in his first outings with the Mobile Bayhawks and the Reno Aces.

As he prepared for his second spring training with the D-Backs in 2015, Bradley was determined to make a fresh start. To make room for him, the Arizona Diamondbacks traded veteran pitcher Trevor Cahill to the Atlanta Braves on April 2.

On April 11th, he made his major league debut against the Los Angeles Dodgers and Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw, and he won convincingly, 6-0, allowing only two hits in six innings of work to do so.

In his second outing, on April 16, he faced the defending World Series MVP, San Francisco Giants pitcher Madison Bumgarner.

Even with two outs and 4- 1 lead, he was relieved by Oliver Perez who was met with a two-run homer by Brandon Crawford in the seventh inning.

The D-Backs won the game, 7-6, in 10 innings after the Giants tied the score in the 9th inning when Addison Reed squandered a save opportunity.
