Henry Wyatt Anderson is a defensive end for the New England Patriots in the National Football League. Anderson was born on August 3, 1991, and now plays for the Patriots .

Ryan Anderson played the position of defensive end. In 2009, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution placed him on the first team in the state’s All-State squad. 2010 was the year that he participated in the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl.

In addition to those two sports, Anderson earned a letter in track and field. In the shot put competition, he was victorious at the state level, and in the discus competition, he set a new school record.

Anderson played for Stanford from 2010 until 2014. He redshirted and then participated in 13 games in 2011. Six tackles; recovery of a fumble from 37 yards. In 2012, Anderson started every 14 games and racked up 50 tackles and 5.5 sacks.

In 2013, he participated in eight games, missing six due to a knee injury. He has three sacks and 19 tackles.

The senior year 2014 statistics: 13 games, 65 tackles and 8.5 sacks. The Indianapolis Colts selected Anderson in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Anderson suffered a knee injury on November 8, 2015, and could not play again. He was put on injured reserve the next day, terminating his 2015 campaign. In exchange for a seventh-round selection
