Running back Ricky Person plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He is 98 kg in weight and 1.83 meters tall. He was born on December 11, 1999, at Wake Forest, North Carolina, in the US. He spent his first two seasons of high school athletics at Franklinton High School before transferring to Heritage High School.

At Heritage, he played for head coach and former Wolfpack and NFL standout Dewayne Washington. He was one of the 16 national finalists for the U.S. Army Player of the Year award and the team captain. He also took part in the US Army All-American Game.

After graduating from high school, he enrolled at North Carolina State University and played collegiate football for NC State Athletics. In his first season of 2018, he rushed for a lot of yards, finishing second overall with 471. He had surgery in October of that year, and in 2019 he missed a total of five games because of an ankle injury.

At the beginning of the 2020 season, he was presented with the team’s Ken McNeill Iron Wolf Award, which is given to the player who returns from injury. In every game he started, he rushed for 643 yards, ranking second on the team. He received the ACC RB of the Week award for the season’s opening contest. He was an undrafted free in the 2022 NFL Draft so the Baltimore Ravens signed him.
