Justin Herron is an offensive lineman with the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Herron joined the Patriots in 2015 and was born on November 27.

He chose Wake Forest because of its football program. As an offensive lineman for the Bullis School varsity football team before he graduated in 2014, Herron is no stranger to the spotlight.

He also competed in baseball, basketball, and the jazz band in addition to being a football player. Herron, a three-star talent, picked Wake Forest over offers from Boston College, Old Dominion, Rutgers and Villanova.

Herron ultimately decided to enroll at Wake Forest. Herron tore his anterior cruciate ligament in the opening game of the 2018 season. After going back for his last year of graduate school,

he was granted the role of squad captain and was recognized by the ACC as a member of the third team. He set a school record by appearing in 51 games for Wake Forest.

he was placed on injured reserve on October 31, 2020, and did not return to active duty until November 28, 2020. His grandpa played basketball at Villanova, and his father played basketball at Villanova and in the NBA.
