Harrison Bader is one of the professional baseball players who play as a centre fielder for the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. Harrison was born on June 3, 1994, in Bronxville, New York in the USA to Louis and Janice Bader.



Harrison played baseball in high school at Horace Mann School in New York City. He then played college baseball at the University of Florida on a partial scholarship for the Gators. Before he graduated from the University in 2015, he was named to the All-Tournament Team in the College World Series.

The St Louis Cardinals drafted him in the 2015 MLB draft. Harrison signed with the Cardinals and received a signing bonus of $400,000. He began his professional career that year by playing with the State College Spikes of the Class A-Short Season New York–Penn League. Later that year, he was promoted to play with the Peoria Chiefs of the Class A Midwest League (MWL). He played for the Springfield Cardinals of the Class AA Texas League in the 2016 season.

The Cardinals promoted him to the major leagues for the first time in July 2017. He made his MLB debut that same day for the Cardinals. He was ranked as the fifth-best prospect in the Cardinals team by MLB.com at the end of the 2017 season. In April 2022, the Cardinals agreed to a two-year deal with him to avoid salary arbitration. The contract was worth $10.4 million.
