Brusdar Javier Graterol is a Venezuelan baseball pitcher who now plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball. In 2019, he made his Major League Baseball debut with the Minnesota Twins.



In August 2014, Graterol signed with the Minnesota Twins as an international free agent.

In his professional debut in 2015, he went 0–1 with a 2.45 ERA in four outings with the Dominican Summer League Twins.



After Tommy John surgery in 2016, he missed the 2016 season. In 2017, he returned to pitch for the Gulf Coast Twins and the Elizabethton Twins, finishing 4–1 with a 2.70 ERA in 10 games (seven starts).

Graterol began 2018 with the Cedar Rapids Kernels (where he was selected as a Midwest League All-Star) before joining the Fort Myers Miracle in June.

Between the two organizations, he went 8–4 with a 2.74 ERA and a 1.15 WHIP in 19 starts.

He started 2019 with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, where he was named to the Southern League All-Star team.

The Twins picked Graterol’s contract and promoted him to the major leagues on September 1, 2019. That day, he made his major league debut, pitching a scoreless inning in relief against the Detroit Tigers.

He was 1-1 with a 4.66 ERA in 10 games with the Twins in 2019, pitching 9.2 innings and striking out 10 batters.
