Chris Taylor Siblings: Meet Chris Taylor Brother, Noel Taylor

Christopher Armand Taylor Jr. professionally called Chris Taylor happens to be an American born baseball player who serves as a utility player for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. He was a baseball player at Frank W. Cox High School in Virginia Beach.

Whiles in high school, he was named the All-Tidewater region player of the year in 2009.  After he completed high school, he got offers to play college baseball at the University of Virginia and the College of William & Mary.  Chris picked the University of Virginia and played college baseball for the Virginia Cavaliers baseball team.

He also played collegiate summer baseball in the Cape Cod Baseball League for the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in 2011. When he graduated from college, the Seattle Mariners selected him in the 5th round of the 2012 MLB draft. He made his professional debut at the Rookie-level and was later promoted to Class A level.

During the 2013 minor league season, he played for both the High Desert Mavericks of the Class A-Advanced California League and Jackson Generals of the Class AA Southern League. Chris made his MLB debut on July 24, 2014, for the Seattle Mariners. The Mariners traded him to the Los Angeles Dodgers in June 2016.
