Ryan Patrick McMahon, an American professional baseball player was born on December 14, 1994. He plays as a second baseman and an infielder for the Colorado Rockies (MLB).

McMahon attended Mater Dei High School and was very interested in sports playing football and baseball. The Rockies selected him with the 42nd overall choice in the second round of the 2013 Major League Baseball draft.

After signing with the Rockies and forgoing his ambitions to play college baseball at the University of Southern California, McMahon made his professional baseball debut with the Grand Junction Rockies.

In 59 games with 11 home runs and 52 RBIs, he batted.323/.402/.583 throughout the entire of 2013, batting.323/.402/.583 in 59 games with 11 home runs and 52 RBIs.
