Christopher Armand Taylor Jr., commonly known as Christ Taylor is one of the professional baseball players of the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. He plays as a utility player for the team and wears the number 3 jersey for the team.



Chris was born in Virginia in the USA where he had most of his life lived. He attended Great Neck Middle School and Frank W. Cox High School all in Virginia. He played baseball for his high school team till he graduated.

Upon completing high school, he enrolled at the University of Virginia and played college baseball for the Virginia Cavaliers baseball team. In 2012, the Seattle Mariners selected him in the fifth round of the 2012 MLB draft.



Chris made his professional debut after he signed with the Mariners. He played in the minor league at the Rookie-level and soon got promoted to Class A.

He was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers team in 2016. In December 2021, the Dodgers signed a new contract with him. The contract is for four years with a team option for a fifth year and it is worth $60 million.
