Ryan Helsley Parents: Meet Jason and Sherry Helsley

Ryan Dalton Helsley is one of the professional baseball pitchers in Major League Baseball(MLB). Ryan ays for the St Louis Cardinals baseball team and wears jersey number 56 for the Cardinals. He is 1.88 m tall and weighs 104 kg.



Ryan was a student at Sequoyah High School in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he played high school baseball for the school. No team drafted him after he completed high school in 2013 so he enrolled at Northeastern State University where he played college baseball for the baseball team.

The St Louis Cardinals team drafted him in the 5th round of the 2015 MLB draft. He agreed to play for them and signed with them. He began his professional career that same year with the Johnson City Cardinals.



The following year, he played for the Peoria Chiefs where he was named a Midwest League All-Star for the season. After the 2018 season, the Cardinals added him to their 40-man roster. He made his MLB debut in April 2019 after the Cardinals called him up to the major leagues that same month.
