Randal Grichuk is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has also played in MLB for the St. Louis Cardinals and Toronto Blue Jays.

To acquire Dominic Leone and Conner Greene, the Cardinals agreed to a trade with the Toronto Blue Jays on January 19th, 2018, sending Grichuk to the Blue Jays. He was Toronto’s starting right fielder at the start of the season.

A 4–2 loss to the New York Yankees on March 30 saw Grichuk blast his first home run as a Blue Jay on Masahiro Tanaka’s opening pitch.

In a deal worth $52 million, Grichuk and the Blue Jays signed a contract extension on April 2, 2019. Despite hitting just.232/.280/.457 for the year, he was the club leader in home runs (31), as well as RBI (80).
