Originally from California, Blake M. Treinen (pronounced /trann/, born June 30, 1988) is a professional baseball pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers of Major League Baseball (MLB).



He was a member of the Baker Wildcats baseball team as well as the South Dakota State Jackrabbits baseball team during his collegiate years.

Treinen was picked by the Oakland Athletics in the seventh round of the 2011 Major League Baseball draft, and he made his Major League Baseball debut in 2014.



He has also appeared in Major League Baseball with the Oakland Athletics and the Washington Nationals.

Treinen was named to the All-Star team in 2018 and helped the Los Angeles Dodgers win the World Series in 2020 by defeating the Tampa Bay Rays.
