Heliot Ramos Siblings: Meet Heliot Ramos Brother, Héctor Ramos

Heliot Ramos is a Puerto Rican professional baseball outfielder in the San Francisco Giants organization. The Giants selected Ramos in the first round, with the 19th overall selection, of the 2017 MLB draft.



Prior to joining the Giants, Ramos attended Leadership Christian Academy in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and played for the Las Lomas Potros travel ball club in Puerto Rico.

He chose to play for the Florida International University and later signed his professional contract with the team.



During a showcase for high school juniors and seniors held at Wrigley Field on July 23, 2016, Ramos was ranked the Most Valuable Player of 2016 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game.

Ramos was called to participate for the Arizona League Giants of the Rookie-level Arizona League, based at the team’s minor league complex in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Heliot Ramos has two siblings named Hector Ramos and Henry Ramos. Hector Ramos is a professional soccer player and the all-time top scorer of the Puerto Rican national team.

Hector kick-started his soccer career by playing for Puerto Rico United and joined Puerto Rico Islanders in September 2011 on loan from Criollos de Caguas.

He signed with the Islanders for the 2012 season on 20 January 2012. On 5 July 2013, it was confirmed that Ramos would be the third foreign player for Salvadoran club, Isidro Metapán.

Ramos also played for Malaysian team, Sabah FA in 2018 and 2020.
