Gregory Santos is a pitcher for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball. Santos was 21 years old when he broke into the big leagues on April 22, 2021, with the San Francisco Giants and was 0-2 with a 22.50 ERA in two innings of work across three games before being optioned to the minors six days later.

In 14 bullpen appearances with Triple-A Sacramento, he is 1-1 with a 5.17 ERA.  Santos got promoted to the top leagues for the first time on April 22, 2021.

He made his MLB debut that day, pitching a scoreless inning of relief against the Miami Marlins, and was the NL’s sixth-youngest player.
