Gallegos pitched for the Tampa Yankees for most of 2015, finishing 3–1 with a 1.35 ERA in 30 bullpen appearances, as well as three games for the Trenton Thunder and two games for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.

He pitched for Trenton and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in 2016, posting a combined 7–2 record and 1.27 ERA in 42 relief appearances for both organizations.
