In Ramsey, New Jersey, Vosler attended Don Bosco Preparatory High School. He was a three-year varsity baseball shortstop.



In 2010, he was named second-team All-League, and in 2011, he was named first-team All-State, first-team All-County, and first-team All-League. He also participated in varsity hockey.

He played three seasons of collegiate baseball at Northeastern University, batting.307/.369/.446. In 2012, he was named CAA Rookie of the Year and was named to the All-CAA Third Team at second base.



Professional infielder selected by the Chicago Cubs in the 16th round of the 2014 Major League Baseball Draft. In November 2020, he was signed to a big-league contract by the San Francisco Giants.

He began his professional career with the Pioneer League’s Boise Hawks.

On April 24, 2021, he made his main league debut as a member of the Giants against the Miami Marlins.

Vosler started the 2018 season with Tennessee, appearing in 66 games before being promoted to the Cubs’ Triple-A club, the Iowa Cubs.

In 129 games last season, he hit.251/.330/.467 with 23 home runs and 93 RBIs. He was awarded a Southern League midseason All-Star in 2018 and a MiLB Organization All-Star in 2018.
