Spencer Robert Strider (born October 28, 1998) is an American Major League Baseball pitcher for the Atlanta Braves (MLB). In 2021, he made his MLB debut.

Strider went to the Christian Academy of Knoxville, which is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. He was picked in the 35th round of the 2017 Major League Baseball draft by the Cleveland Indians, however, he did not sign and instead played collegiate baseball for the Clemson Tigers.

In 2018, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cape Cod Baseball League’s Falmouth Commodores. Strider missed the 2019 season due to a ruptured UCL that necessitated Tommy John’s surgery. He recovered from his injury in 2020 and was picked in the fourth round of the 2020 Major League Baseball Draft by the Atlanta Braves.

Strider was added to the Atlanta active roster on October 1, 2021. That night, he made his major league debut, pitching one inning of relief against the New York Mets.

On the final day of the season, Strider recorded his first career win in relief against the Mets.  The Braves ended with an 88–73 record, winning the NL East, and went on to win the World Series in 2021, their first victory since 1995.
