Trevor May Height: How Tall Is Trevor May?

Trevor May’s alma mater was Kelso High School in Kelso, Washington. He led the Hilanders to a 25–2 win-loss record and a second-place finish in the 3A Washington Interscholastic Activities Association baseball tournament in his senior year.



He had agreed to play at the University of Washington after signing a letter of intent. The Washington State Baseball Coaches Association named May the 3A State Player of the Year. He graduated as class valedictorian in 2008.

May was taken in the fourth round of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft by the Philadelphia Phillies. According to Baseball America, May was the Phillies’ greatest prospect before the 2011 season. He finished 10–8 with a 3.63 earned run average and 208 strikeouts in 151 innings for the Clearwater Threshers that season.



Following the season, he received the Paul Owens Award, which is given to the Phillies’ finest minor league pitcher. May signed a two-year, $15.5 million contract with the New York Mets on December 2, 2020. May pitched in a career-high 68 games in 2021, going 7–3 with a 3.59 ERA and 83 strikeouts in 62+23 innings.
