Mohammed Kudus is a Ghanaian offensive midfielder who competes for both the Ghanaian national team and Eredivisie club Ajax.
The 1.77-meter-tall football player was born on August 2, 2000, in Accra (when he was 22 years old).
Kudus and two of his teammates, Gideon Mensah and Ibrahim Sadiq, departed the Ghanaian Right to Dream Academy in January 2018 to join the Danish team Nordsjaelland. When he was 12 years old, Kudus enrolled at the academy.
Kudus agreed to a five-year, €9 million contract with Eredivisie team Ajax on July 16, 2020.
He made his league debut for the group on September 20 against RKC Waalwijk. Erik ten Hag, the head coach, later referred to Kudus as a player with “high promise.”
