Leslie Allen Jordan was an American actor, writer, and singer. He was born on April 29, 1955, and passed away on October 24, 2022.
The roles of Lonnie Garr on Hearts Fire and Beverly Leslie on Will & Grace brought him the most fame during his career.
During the pandemic that occurred in 2020, he rose to fame and amassed 5.8 million followers on Instagram. In 1982, he uprooted his life and travelled to Los Angeles,
where he began experimenting with both drugs and alcohol. Jordan stated in 2010 that he has been clean and sober for the last fourteen years.
At approximately 9:30 in the morning on October 24, 2022, Jordan passed away after his car crashed into the side of a building at the intersection of Cahuenga Boulevard and Romaine Street in Hollywood.
It is thought that he had a medical emergency just before the accident, which caused him to lose control of the vehicle. At the scene, Jordan’s death was pronounced official.
