Mark Glowinski II, a guard for the National Football League’s New York Giants, was born on May 3, 1992. At West Virginia, he played collegiate football. Prior to enrolling at West Virginia, he played football at Lackawanna College as well.
At the 2015 NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks selected him in the fourth round. The Seattle Seahawks selected Glowinski 134th overall in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.
Glowinski started each of the Seahawks’ 16 games in 2016, earning the starting left guard position. Glowinski started the first two games of the 2017 campaign as the Seahawks’ starting right guard before surrendering the position to Oday Aboushi.
Glowinski was taken off waivers by the Indianapolis Colts on December 18, 2017.
When Matt Slauson suffered a season-ending injury in Week 6, Glowinski, who had started the season as a backup, was named the team’s starting right guard. The following nine of the final 11 games he started.
Glowinski extended his contract with the Colts for three years and $18 million on January 29, 2019, keeping him with the team through the 2021 campaign.
Glowinski agreed to a three-year, $20 million contract with the New York Giants on March 17, 2022.
