Keegan Lee Akin is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). He was born in Alma, Michigan on April 1, 1995.

Akin made his professional debut in 2016 with the Aberdeen IronBirds, where he spent the whole season, recording a 1.04 ERA in 26 innings.
In 2017, he went 7–8 with a 4.14 ERA in 21 starts for the Frederick Keys, and in 2018, he went 14–7 with a 3.27 ERA in 25 starts for the Bowie Baysox. In 2019, he went 6–7 with a 4.73 ERA and 131 strikeouts in 112.1 innings for the Norfolk Tides.
Akin got promoted to the major leagues on August 8, 2020. He made his major league debut on August 14 against the Washington Nationals. Akin finished his debut MLB season with a 1-2 record, a 4.56 ERA, and 35 strikeouts in 8 games and 25.2 innings pitched.
