Trevor Bauer’s full name is Trevor Andrew Bauer. He is a professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. Trevor was born January 17, 1991 in North Hollywood, California in the United States of America.
Trevor’s parents paid for his pitching lessons when he was a kid when they realised he was interested in baseball. In high school, he continued to play baseball. He attended William S. Hart High School in Santa Clarita. When he completed high school, he decided to further his education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he studied mechanical engineering. He also played baseball for the UCLA Bruins baseball team l.
In 2011, Trevor was selected by two baseball team in the 2011 MLB Draft, that is the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Arizona Diamondbacks. Trevor chose to play for the Diamondbacks so he signed with them in July 2011.
After signing, and was made to play for the Class A-Advanced Visalia Rawhide of the California League in the minor league baseball. He made his MLB debut on June 28, 2012 for the Diamondbacks. Trevor stayed with the Diamondbacks till 2019.
Trevor was traded to the Cincinnati Reds in July 2019 after a three-team trade with the Indians and the San Diego Padres. He was with the Reds toll 2020 when he become a free agent.
In February 2021, he signed a three-year contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers baseball team. The contract was worth $102 million and it comes with a opt-out options after the 2021 and 2022 MLB seasons.
