Edwin was born in Caguas, a town in Puerto Rico on April 21, 1994, to Puerto Rican parents, Heyda Rosario and Edwin Rios. After his family moved to America, Edwin got enrolled at Osceola High School where he played baseball for the school’s baseball team.
