Clint Jackson Frazier, simply called Clint Frazier plays professional baseball for the Chicago Cubs baseball team of Major League Baseball(MLB). He plays as an outfielder for the team and has a height of 1.85m.
Clint was born to Mark and Kim Frazier in Loganville, Georgia in the United States of America. He was a student at Loganville High School where he was known to have played for the school’s baseball team.
Whiles still in high school, Clint won the Jackie Robinson Award given to the Perfect Game National Player of the Year. In 2012, he played in the Under Armour All-America Baseball Game.
After high school, Clint gained a baseball scholarship to attend the University of Georgia where he was supposed to play college baseball for the Georgia Bulldogs but instead decided to begin his professional career after he was selected by the Cleveland Indians in the 2013 MLB Draft.
He signed with the Indians after which he received a $3.5 million signing bonus after which the Indians assigned him to the Arizona Indians of the Rookie-level Arizona League for him to make his professional debut.
He was with the Indians for three years before they traded him to the New York Yankees in July 2016. He was then assigned by the Yankees to play for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders of the International League.
The Yankees promoted him to the major leagues for the first time on July 1, 2017. He made his MLB debut that same day for the Yankees. In December 2021, Clint signed a one-year major league contract worth $1.5 million with the Chicago Cubs.
