Yunior played for both Northwest Arkansas and the Triple-A Omaha Storm Chasers during the 2019 minor league season. In 2020, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Yunior did not play in a game as the season was cancelled.

He became a free agent in November 2020 and in December 2020, he signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants baseball team.
