Major League Baseball pitcher for the Atlanta Braves in the United States, Luke Ray Jackson, was born on August 24, 1991. In the 2010 Major League Baseball draft, he was chosen by the Texas Rangers in the first round, 45th overall.
In 2015, he made his MLB debut with the Rangers. Jackson attended Calvary Christian Academy in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a senior, he went 8-1 with a 0.90 ERA.
