Freddy Alexander Pacheco was born in the Venezuelan city of Aragüita on April 17, 1998. He now pitches for the St. Louis Cardinals organization while representing Venezuela in professional baseball.
In November of 2017, Pacheco became a member of the St. Louis Cardinals organization after signing as an international free agent. After the 2021 campaign, the Cardinals decided to include him on their roster of 40 players.
