Bradley Richard Hand is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the Philadelphia Phillies.
He formerly played for the Miami Marlins, San Diego Padres, Cleveland Indians, Washington Nationals, Toronto Blue Jays, and New York Mets in Major League Baseball (MLB).
The Florida Marlins selected Hand in the second round of the 2008 MLB Draft. In order to pursue a professional career, he decided to skip a college baseball commitment to Arizona State.
Beginning in 2017, Hand was selected to three straight All-Star Games. Midway through the 2018 season, he was dealt by the Padres to the Cleveland Indians.
He was flawless in 16 save opportunities for Cleveland in 2020 after suffering from arm fatigue and pitch delivery troubles in 2019.
