The Dodgers drafted Coulombe again in the 25th round of the 2012 MLB Draft, and he signed on June 15, 2012.
He spent 2012 with the Ogden Raptors and Great Lakes Loons before spending the whole 2013 season with the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes of the California League, where he was 4-2 with a 4.05 ERA in 54 games.
In 2014, he began the season with the Quakes, where he was 3-0 with a 3.05 ERA in 31 games before being promoted late in the season to the AA Chattanooga Lookouts, where he was 3-0 with a 2.57 ERA in 18 games.
On September 16, 2014, the Dodgers claimed his contract and promoted him to the Major Leagues. On the same day, he pitched one scoreless inning in relief against the Colorado Rockies. In September, he appeared in five games for the Dodgers, allowing two earned runs in 4.1 innings while serving as a lefty specialist.
Coulombe began the 2015 season with the AAA Oklahoma City Dodgers. Coulombe played the majority of the season in AAA, appearing in 38 games and posting a 3.27 ERA.
He did appear in five games in Los Angeles, allowing seven runs in eight and third innings. He was designated for assignment and removed from the 40-man roster on September 6.
