James Marinan is an American professional baseball pitcher who currently plays for the Cincinnati Reds organization. He was born on October 10, 1998.
Marinan received his secondary education in Lake Worth, Florida at the Park Vista Community High School. During the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft, the Los Angeles Dodgers selected him in the fourth round of available players. On July 4, 2018, the Dodgers made a deal with the Cincinnati Reds in which they sent Marinan and Aneurys Zabala in exchange for Dylan Floro and Zach Neal.
