Aramis Garcia is a professional baseball player currently with the Cincinnati Reds baseball team. He had his non-professional baseball career at Pembroke Pines Charter High School in Pembroke Pines, Florida and Florida International University (FIU).
During the 2014 MLB draft, Aramis was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 2nd round of the draft. He signed with the Giants and was paid $1.1 million as a signing bonus. He then began his professional career that year playing for both the AZL Giants and the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes.
He spent the 2015 minor league season with the Augusta GreenJackets of the Class A South Atlantic League where he was named a midseason All-Star. He was given a midseason promotion to the San Jose Giants of the Class A-Advanced California League.
The Giants promoted him in 2018 to the Sacramento River Cats of the Class AAA Pacific Coast League. In November 2021, he signed a minor league contract with the Cincinnati Reds and he has been with them to date.
