Tukura was the youngest of four children and was born in the city of Port Harcourt in the country of Nigeria. Tukura won the 2019 Miss Nigeria competition, which took place at the Eko Convention Center in Lagos.
She was competing on behalf of her home state of Taraba. Tukura is the manager of an online business known as StylishBeauty,
