Brian had his high school education at De La Salle High School, a private Roman Catholic school for boys in Concord California, United States. Brian was hired in 2016 by the Detroit Lions football team to serve as their Quarterbacks coach. After two years with the team, the Oakland Raiders hired his services as their Quarterbacks coach in 2018.
From 2019 till date, Brian has been with the Cincinnati Bengals serving as their offensive coordinator.
