The Kansas City Chiefs of the American Football League start Chad Steven Henne as a quarterback. He was chosen by the Miami Dolphins to play for them in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft.
At the University of Michigan, where he played NCAA football, Henne became just the second true freshman to start at quarterback in the history of the team.
During his final season with the team, Henne led the Wolverines to a victory over Florida in the Capital One Bowl. During his time at Wilson Senior High School in West Lawn,

When he was a freshman in 2000, he won his first title, and as a junior in 2003, he won his second (2002). Henne’s 2002 Wilson Bulldogs squad finished the regular season with an unblemished record of 10 victories and 0 defeats.
Henne earned a berth on the first team of the Pennsylvania All-State Football team in 2000 after making his varsity football debut for Wilson High School in his freshman season.
He took part in and played for the East team in the 2004 United States Army All-American Bowl. He declared his ambition to join the University of Michigan and play for the Wolverines when he was a senior.
He narrowed down his list of prospective institutions after finishing his junior year to the following five: Miami, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, Tennessee, and Penn State.
