American-born left fielder Christian Stephen Yelich is well-known in baseball. He participates in baseball with the Milwaukee Brewers. He stands 1.90 meters tall and weighs 88 kilograms.

Stephen and Alecia Yelich welcomed him into the world on December 5, 1991, in Thousand Oaks, California, in the United States. At Westlake High School, he participated in baseball. He later participated in college baseball for the Miami Hurricanes.

In the first round of the 2010 MLB draft, he was selected by the Miami Marlins. He received a signing bonus of $1.7 million when he joined the Marlins. With the Greensboro Grasshoppers and the Gulf Coast League Marlins, he made his professional debut that year.

In 2013, the Marlins elevated him to the major leagues. On July 23, 2013, he played his first MLB game for the Marlins. He was given a Gold Glove Award in left field that year, making him the youngest player in franchise history and the first outfielder to get thhonouror.

His contract was transferred by the Marlins to the Milwaukee Brewers in January 2018. He was selected to play for the Brewers in the 2018 MLB All-Star Game. Christian and the Brewers settled on a nine-year, $215 million deal extension in March 2020.
