After participating in the rookie minicamp, the Buffalo Bills decided to sign an undrafted rookie free agent after being impressed by the player’s performance.
The Buffalo News reports that defensive end Daniel Joseph, who played for North Carolina State, has signed a contract with the Bills.
Joseph, who was born and raised in Ontario, began his academic career at Penn State University before transferring to NC State University in the year 2020.
Joseph finished the 2021 season at NC State with 46 tackles, including nine for losses and five quarterback sacks. In the year 2020, he led the squad in sacks with 6.5.
Although Joseph was drafted in the fourth round of the Canadian Football League draft in the past, it is obvious that he has his sights set on the NFL. In Buffalo, he will be joining a group of edge defenders that also includes Von Miller, Greg Rousseau, AJ Epenesa, Boogie Basham, Mike Love, and Kingsley Jonathan.
The arrival of Joseph brings the total number of players on Buffalo’s roster up to 89, allowing room for one more player to be signed.
How Tall Is Daniel Joseph?
According to the most recent measurements, Daniel Joseph is 1.91 meters tall and weighs 120 kg.
