David Girardi is an American pass game analyst/assistant quarterbacks coach with the Chiefs in 2021 after serving as an offensive quality control coach for three seasons.
In 2020, Girardi worked with a Chiefs offense that finished first in total net yards per game (415.8) and passing yards per game (303.4).
He primarily worked with the wide receivers which featured first-team AP All-Pro and Pro Bowl WR Tyreek Hill.
Prior to coming to Kansas City, Girardi spent the 2017 season as the quarterbacks coach at Lafayette College, coaching a true freshman that started 11 games and broke the school record for completions.
David was also an assistant football coach at Geneva College where he coached the quarterbacks during the 2013 season before he moved to Lafayette college.
Girardi played quarterback at Geneva College from 2007 to 2010 and was named an NCCAA All-American twice. He led his team to a Victory Bowl win in 2009.
