Who is Diane Postler-Slattery?
Diane Postler-Slattery, PhD, MSN, President and CEO of Midland-based MyMichigan Health, and her husband, Don, died in a plane crash in northwest Florida on March 8, according to Michigan Health.
Diane is said to be a 42 years old woman who died while on a plane with her husband flying to a destination.
Dr. Postler-Slattery had served as president and CEO of the health system since January 2013. During her tenure, the organization unveiled a new name in December 2021.
According to reports, the couple’s Cessna plane, which started out from Michigan, made a stop in McMinnville, Tennessee, before continuing toward the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport in Panama City, Florida.
The plane in which the president and CEO of Midland-based MyMichigan Health was is said to have disappeared from radar about two miles from the airport.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and the Federal Aviation Administration are taking over the investigation.
