Eliseo Francisco Mendoza Berrueto was a Mexican economist, professor, and politician who was a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI).
He was elected to the Mexican Senate in 1992. From 1987 to 1993, he was governor of the state of Coahuila, among other appointments.
