Born on August 14, 1966, in Buenaventura, Colombia, Freddy Eusebio Rincón Valencia was a Colombian professional footballer who played 84 games for the Colombia national team.
Freddy is known to have made many exploit during his time as a player as he played for the Columbian team from 1990 to 2001.
The former footballer died on April 13, 2022, and was survived by his son by the name of Sebastián Rincón who also happens to be a football just like his father.
Freddy is the son of Rufina Valencia and José Rafael Rincón. He is also known to have two siblings by the names of Manuel Rincón and Ignacio Rincón.
Rincón had been a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since 20 August 2005. He was baptized in São Paulo Perdizes Stake in Brazil.
