The full name of Groovy is Henry Olisaemeka Orakwue. Anambra State native Groovy, 26, is an ambitious model, artist, and proprietor of a fashion company. He has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Lagos and enjoys working out and living a healthy lifestyle.
He describes himself as “a joyful, self-sufficient, and supportive guy” and believes that always having a winning mentality motivates those around him to work more. Groovy thinks his argumentative demeanor might irritate his fellow Housemates.
He thinks Big Brother Naija can help him establish himself because he dabbles in music and has been running a clothing and accessories business for the past four years. He is a successful businessman, artist, and model.
The seventh season of Big Brother Naija premiered today with the theme “Level up,” and 12 housemates will contend for N100 million in rewards. The housemates will remain there for 72 days in order to please TV viewers in Africa and all over the world. At the BigBrotherNaija launch on Saturday, the competition’s host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, greeted the contestants.
He assured the audience that this year’s rendition will be packed with surprises, including the return of the beloved “Ninjas,” among other surprises. On Saturday during the live premiere event, the audience was given a brief introduction to the first group of roommates. Six aspiring celebrities of each gender met at the home to start their new careers.
