Hoby Trey Milner is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the Milwaukee Brewers (MLB). He was a member of the Philadelphia Phillies, Tampa Bay Rays, and Los Angeles Angels in the past.
Hoby Milner went to R. L. Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas, and was taken in the 44th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft by the Washington Nationals. He did not sign and went on to play college baseball at the University of Texas at Austin.
He was picked in the seventh round of the 2012 MLB draft by the Philadelphia Phillies after his junior year. He made his professional debut in 2012 with the Low-A Williamsport Crosscutters, as well as the Single-A Lakewood BlueClaws, where he posted a 7-3 record and 2.50 ERA.
