Nolan Jones is an American professional baseball infielder and outfielder for the Cleveland Guardians of Major League Baseball (MLB).
He started the 2018 season with the Lake County Captains before being promoted to the Lynchburg Hillcats. Between both organizations, he played a total of 120 games and compiled a combined batting line of.283/.405/.466 with 19 home runs and 66 RBIs.
Jones started off the 2019 season with Lynchburg, but he was eventually traded to Akron and given a spot on their roster. The 2019 All-Star Futures Game will feature him as a participant.
Over the course of 126 games split between both teams, he had a slash of .272/.409/.442 batting average with 15 home runs and 63 runs batted in With 96 walks, he was far and away the leader in the minor leagues.
After the season was over, the Mesa Solar Sox decided to give him an opportunity to play in the Arizona Fall League for their team. However, he was unable to continue playing in the league because he aggravated an old hand ailment.

Nolas Jones is currently in the Major Leagues, and the clubhouse he is in is full of players who were his teammates in the Minor Leagues, including as recently as this season.
Jones demonstrated once more on Monday night that he is comfortable playing at this level, as the Guardians defeated the White Sox 8-4 at Progressive Field. Jones went 2-for-3 with four runs batted in, despite the fact that the opposition is unquestionably more difficult at this level.
