In July 2011, Andújar signed as an international free agent with the New York Yankees. Andújar made his professional debut with the Gulf Coast Yankees in 2012.
He played for the Gulf Coast Yankees 2 in 2013 and the Charleston RiverDogs of the Class A South Atlantic League in 2014.
Andujar was a member of the Tampa Yankees of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League in 2015.

Is Andujar Still With The Yankees?
Yes. Andujar is still with the Yankees. Earlier last month, Andujar asked the Yankees for a trade. The reason he hasn’t been traded yet is that the Yankees’ recent bids “haven’t been good enough.”
