Ivana Trump, a prominent Czech-American entrepreneur who became one of New York City’s preeminent power couples in the 1980s through her high-profile marriage to Donald J. Trump, passed away on Thursday at her Manhattan residence. She was 73.
According to a message posted by Mr. Trump on the website he built for conservatives, she passed away, Truth Social. No other information was offered.
“I am very saddened to inform all those who love her that of which there are many that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City,” he wrote.
“She was a wonderful, beautiful, amazing woman who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children Donald Jr, Ivanka, and Derrick. She was so proud of them as we were of her. Rest in Peache Ivana.”
Ivana was known to have been married four times before her passing but was best known as the ex-wife of former American president Donald Trump.
She first got married to Alfred Winklmayr (1971-1973), Donald Trump(1971-1992), Riccardo Mazzuch (1995-1997), Rossano Rubicondi(2008-2009).
Rossano Rubicondi
Trump dated Italian actor and model Rossano Rubicondi for six years until they got married on April 12, 2008. Ivana married Rubicondi, 36, her second husband from Italy in less than ten years when she was 59 years old.
The marriage ceremony was officiated by Donald Trump’s sister, Judge Maryanne Trump Barry. Rubicondi and Ivana divorced in less than a year.
Rossano Rubicondi lost his battle with melanoma, a type of skin cancer, on Friday, October 29, 2021, after a year-long battle. When he passed away, he was 49 years old.
Riccardo Mazzucchelli
An entrepreneur and global businessman from Italy, Riccardo Mazzucchelli is actually Ivana’s third spouse. Since they got married in November 1995, they were only together for two years before divorcing in 1997.
Mazzucchelli reportedly passed away in 2017 and was 74 at the time of his death.
