Jaylin Malik Davis, professionally called only Jaylin Davis is a baseball player in America. He positions as an outfielder for the San Francisco Giants baseball team of the Major League Baseball(MLB).
Jaylin has a height of 1.80 m and weighs 93 kg. He was born n, raised and even has a high school education and a baseball career in North Carolina in the United States.
He played non professionally in high school at the Northeast Guilford High School located in McLeansville, North Carolina. During his senior year in high school, he was named the all-state and conference Player of the Year.
He completed high school and continued his education in college at the Appalachian State University where he majored in health promotion and also played college baseball. During his freshman year in 2013, he was again named the Louisville Slugger freshman all-American and Southern Conference Freshman of the Year.
After earning his college degree in 2015, he was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 24th round of the 2015 MLB draft. Jaylin spent the 2016 baseball season playing for both the Elizabethton Twins and Cedar Rapids Kernels under minor league baseball.
The Minnesota Twins traded him to the San Francisco Giants baseball team in July 2019. He was promoted by the Giants to play in the major leagues in September that year. He made his MLB debut on September 4th 2019.
